There is a restaurant, in the heart of Ragusa Ibla, where we can cook
with amùri. This is not the only ingredient in our #cucinappassionata.
But it smells like Sicily. And also it has an irresistible flavor that,
taste after taste, you will find in each of our dishes.

Who we are

We always tell ourselves: a beautiful project like this holds up if it hold unbreakable bonds. So, after so much experimenting, we realized that sometimes it is enough to cling to our roots to realize that the most sincere answer must be sought in who we are: the return to the essence,
to the essential, to the authentic flavors. In our menu there are
our stories, our traditions. Because we want to value them.
And because we want you to feel true amùri for them. Simple.
And sincere. Like the friendship that binds us.

The wine list

We spend a lot of time, a lot of effort and a lot of care to make our wine list a journey for you: among the excellences of the wineries of Sicily, of all Italy. And not only that. The choice that knows how to meet your taste and in the same way is able to enhance our recipes, is therefore always careful and scrupulous. Because at Camùri the good drink is not, and never will be, simply the accompaniment of a great lunch or an excellent dinner
Instead, it will be the detail that will make them unforgettable.

Respect for the raw material

Every ingredient, of sea or land, from the poorest to the most refined, must be treated with amùri; and with this same amùri that we cook for you.

Seasonality

Our menu changes as the seasons change: in colors, scents, flavors; to enhance, day after day, the products that land and sea give us.

Cutrera oil

A drizzle of EVO oil is for us the detail that makes the difference: for this we use exclusively Primo, PDO product of excellence of our territory.

Our bread

The flour between the fingers, the soft dough, the waiting for the leavening, the irresistible scent: we prepare, as tradition dictates, the bread that arrives at your table.
